Welcome Back! 10 new restaurants in Naples Florida have opened since last season and we want you to know your options for dining! The 2016 season is here which means fine dining and great drinks! If you have dined at any of these new restaurants share your favorite dishes!
1. The Crust
An unbelievably delicious pizzeria located in the Pavilion shopping center has gotten so much attention since June when they first opened that they are already expanding! Their new building will be on US41 just south of Vanderbilt road, however they have not released a date to when that will be open. The Crust lives up to its name, as they describe it on the meun “Crispy on the bottom, fluffy in the middle and loaded to the brim with toppings.” All the veggies they use are fresh and come from local Oakes Farmes. In fact, this place is so good, we feel it deserves its own blog post soon!
The Continental has upgraded the space that used to be Handsome Harry’s down on Third Street South. This upscale, trendy restaurant is best known for their Provisions and 30 seat Craft Bar. Providing only the finest Prime, Wagyu and Piedmontese beef, it’s easy to see why they are known for being a top Steakhouse in Naples. The outdoor tables that line the gorgeous bougainvillea-filled patio, each in their own cabana, are proving to be the tables most in demand. This restaurant is also the first mixology bar in Naples! Sit at the bar and enjoy a unique cocktails while listening to live music 7 nights a week. The Continental is the hottest place to take your visitors if you are looking to wow them.

3. Cavo Lounge
Mercato’s latest upscale eatery is now open. Greek, Korean and Italian menu items are enjoyed as small plates along with hand spun cocktails and draft beverage. If you are looking for more of a tapas lounge, this is a great choice, happy hour deals happen from 3:30-7pm daily and a reverse happy hour Thursday-Sunday from 10pm to 2am.

4. Jimmy P’s Charred
Everyone loves Jimmy P’s, a local butcher shop and deli located across from Coastland Mall. Jimmy P’s has been a town favorite for quick lunches and amazing selection of fresh meats for decades but what’s new this year is their adjacent restaurant, Jimmy P’s Charred. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner and is known for their Wagyu beef that melts in your mouth. The team has created the best possible dining experience by providing side dishes, sauces, desserts, wine, beer and appetizers that compliment and enhance each perfectly selected cut.

5. 7th Avenue Social
Open from 3pm-2am Monday-Saturday this new restaurant is based on the motto “Gather. Eat. Drink” The owners used to own a small wine bar on 5th Avenue and have taken that expertise to create a unique vibe. Lots of fun, interesting places to sit — sofas, dining tables and bar seats and a private seating area hidden at the front of the restaurant. The bar boasts beer on tap and craft cocktails, what is a craft cocktail? A cocktail where every element is handmade or tailored specifically to the drink. Examples of that include drinks served in custom glassware, or poured over custom ice cubes, maybe mixed with house-made syrups or finished with a small dash of small-batch bitters. Sunday’s are open for brunch from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. offering unique cuisine including their Captain Crunch Pound Cake French Toast. If you are looking for an eclectic place to relax with guests in a serene environment look no further than 7th Avenue Social.
Bar Tulia is Southwest Florida’s first Italian “gastropub” (a pub serving high-quality beer, wine and food). Located next to the popular restaurant, Osteria Tulia, this is the only full bar on Fifth Avenue South that serves classic and modern pub food with an Italian rustic twist. For those who find themselves wandering Fifth Avenue late, this is a great place to try out, since its open from 4pm until after midnight most nights. A limited upscale menu paired with a variety of cocktails and beverages all mixed in a fun and rustic environment makes this a must visit.
A new Mexican restaurant has replaced the old Chili’s in Park Shore Plaza off of 41 and Old Trail Road. The concept is similar to Chipotle, order fresh ingredients at the counter and then enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine. Felipe’s Taqueria also has catering available. Latin American cocktails and refreshing margaritas, this restaurant has been getting rave reviews from locals.
Some current drink specials are: Monday: $2 off specialty house cocktails, Tuesday: $3.50 red sangria, Wednesday: $4 rocks and frozen margaritas, Thursday: $1 off draft beers, Friday: $4 margaritas from 4pm till 7pm.

8. Another Broken Egg
Another Broken Egg has replaced The Clock, a longtime diner on US-41. The location has been completely renovated and offers traditional American food with a focus on breakfast and lunches. Open daily from 7am-2pm with all menu items made from scratch!

9. Palumbos Pizza
Looking to keep it simple but delicious? Palumbos Pizza is in the new Meridian Marketplace on the corner Pine Ridge Road and Livingston Road. Palumbo’s is a family owned pizzeria and restaurant serving authentic Italian pizza, pasta and subs. This warm, savory New York style pizza is among the best in town and with their lunch special just $5, it’s worth trying! (2 cheese pizza slices and a drink are included for $5)

10. Moura Bistro
In the same plaza, Meridian Place, Moura Bistro is the first authentic Lebanese restaurant in Naples! Owner, Nabil Bassil decided to create his own restaurant with the comfort food of his home country after not being able to find the food he had been craving. Shawarma, kebbah balls and fatoush salad are just a few traditional items that will be served. Moura Bistro will also be located in Meridian Place on Pine Ridge Road, Naples.
