Considering buying a Condo on the beach in Naples Florida?

If you are in the market to buy your dream condo with the beach view you have always wanted, now is a great time to buy, however there a few things you need to consider when looking for the perfect building to fit your lifestyle. A condo on the beach in Naples Florida are consistently in high demand.  Buyers are always looking for a home directly on the beach with pristine Gulf and / or bay views.  This is the fifth consecutive year we have seen prices rise, with an average increase around 11% each year.  The thing to note for buyers is to consider the building’s amenities, type of social aspect the building brings (do you prefer to keep to yourself or are you looking for friendly neighbors with an active social calendar in your condo?), and proximity to the beach. While some overlook the white sandy beaches, that does not always mean that they provide direct beach access, also ask for the number of parking spaces (or garage spaces) and where that assigned space is located (who wants to walk a million miles with groceries in hand?!)  While these might not be deal breakers to you it is always better to know every aspect of your new home before you put in an offer.

Condo Sales in 2015 vs 2014 along Gulf Shore Boulevard on the beach

We focused on the beach front condos along Gulf Shore Boulevard in Naples.  As we reviewed the real estate market and compared closed condo sales in 2015 to sales in 2014 we found a slight decrease.  The number of sales in this area in 2015 was 198 which was down from 219 in 2014. The main reason for the decline is the lack of inventory, however the construction of new luxury high-rise condos cannot be overlooked.  Many new lavish buildings are being constructed to fit the lifestyle that residents are looking for.  Sleek and modern with top of the line upgrades, luxurious amenities and killer beach and bay views make buildings such as Mystique, Kalea Bay and Seaglass highly sought after.

Why is Low Inventory Good for Sellers?
