Naples FL Mediterra is a private gated community with single family homes and villas and still has new construction homes available.  Mediterra offers 2 Tom Fazio-designed golf courses; 5 Har-Tru clay tennis court; Spa and sauna; heated outdoor pool; fitness center with personal trainers and classes including Yoga, Pilates and Spin; and 2 Bocce courts.

Golf memberships at Mediterra currently have a $120,000 non-refundable fee with annual dues of $15,300 plus tax.  The Golf Club is capped at 225 members per 18 holes.  The two courses offer unique challenges, with the North Course created to reflect Florida’s natural beauty combined with water and sand hazards, while the South Course affords huge chipping areas, elevated greens and expansive hazards.  Golf memberships include access to Club, Sports and Beach amenities and unlimited golf without greens fees.

Sports and Beach Memberships offer access to the Club as well as Sports and Beach amenities and members may play 6 rounds of golf in Season (Nov. 1 – April 30) and unlimited rounds of golf in the summer (May 1-Oct. 31).  This membership requires a non-refundable fee of $36,000 with annual dues of $6,250 plus tax.

Social Memberships are complimentary, allowing members dining and event privileges year round at the Club and Beach Club privileges beginning the day after Easter and running through December 15.  From December 15 through Easter, Social Members have evening dining privileges at the Beach Club.

The Piazza at Mediterra is completed with a spectacular clubhouse, featuring the Grille Room, Lounge, Events Ballroom and Tavern of the 18.

All residents at Mediterra are required to pay an annual APR (Amenities Preservation Fee).  The fee ranges depending on the type of ownership: Single family home $2,900; Villa $2,400; Coach home $1,900.
