YES – There is a Nightlife in Naples FL!!
Naples has long been revered as the place for retirees and the elderly, but a lot has changed in the last few decades. The median age in Naples keeps getting younger and younger, the weather, active lifestyle, boating and beaches attract more and more people each year from singles to young families, pre-retirees and retirees. When I tell people I live in Naples they automatically think it’s a sleepy old town with nothing to do, but that’s a thing of the Naples past! Enter Mercato. The new “it” area that has an abounding nightlife.
Mercato was built in 2011 and has quickly become the hottest spot in Naples. From bars, lounges, restaurants, shopping and much more, Mercato has everything to offer guests and residents. Mercato is located on the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and US-41 at 9132 Strada Place. A 12-screen premier-style theater, Mercato offers 12 notable restaurants, over 20 upscale retailers and luxury residential condominiums. Mercato hosts a vibrant year-round event calendar with most events free and open to the public. Most people enjoy the fact that they can dine at one of the many restaurants or see a movie and then walk down to different bars and lounges.
